We recognize that privacy is essential. This Privacy Policy applies to all of the services, information, software, tools, features, and functionality, available or offered by us or our subsidiaries and affiliated companies. This policy covers how we collect and use personal data.

When using our Products or Software, we process Product Usage Data so that we can verify the authorized use of our products and services.
We only collect customer identifiers, the types of products or services concerned and the associated authorizations, which have been granted by Imagem Technology to the customer at the time of purchase of the products or services. At this stage, no personal data is collected, only allocation data between the types of products used and their validity of use.


3. How long do we keep your personal data?

We process and store your Personal Data as long as necessary for the fulfillment of our contractual or legal obligations. Thus, we store the data as long as our contractual relationship with you as our customer obliges us to do so and for the duration of your account with us. If you delete your account or request us to do so, all your Personal Data will be deleted, unless its further processing is necessary for the preservation of evidence or the prevention of legal claims from becoming time-barred.


4. What are your rights under applicable laws?

In accordance with the regulations in force, you have the right to access and rectify your Data, as well as the right to request its deletion, to oppose its processing and to obtain its limitation or portability insofar as applicable.
You may also object to the use of your Data for the purpose of drawing up your customer profile; in this case you will no longer be able to benefit from personalized offers or services.

5. Collecting Information from Children

Imagem Technology’s site and products are not intended for use by children under the age of 18 and we do not intentionally collect any information from users under the age of 18. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that their child has provided Imagem Technology with Personal Data or that we have otherwise inadvertently collected this information, contact us at privacy@imagem-technology.com, so that we may delete the information from our servers.
