We appreciate your visit on our website imagem-technology.com and your interest in our company.
We recognize that privacy is essential. This Privacy Policy applies to all of the services, information, software, tools, features, and functionality, available or offered by us or our subsidiaries and affiliated companies. This policy covers how we collect and use personal data.
Since personal data are under special legal protection, they are only collected by us insofar as this is necessary for the provision of our website and our services.
Our data protection practice complies with the statutory regulations, in particular those of the EU Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We will only collect, process and store your personal data, as long as this is necessary for provision of this website, our content and services, as well as for processing inquiries and, if necessary, processing orders / contracts, but only to the extent permitted by legitimate interest. The collection of your personal data is always done on the basis of your consent.
Providing us with personal data is purely consensual. You are not obligated under any laws to provide us with any personal data, but without providing such personal data, we cannot provide you with the Services.

Your data is processed by IMAGEM Technology. We do not convey your personal data to third parties for direct marketing purposes. Depending on how you interact with us, we process different kinds of data and in different ways. Some data is automatically processed if you visit our Site or use our Products. Other data is only processed if you actively submit it to us (for example, by using our web forms to contact us, by submitting content to our Site, by creating accounts through our Site).
We collect information in three different ways: when you use our website, when you when you voluntarily provide them to us and when you use our softwares or products.
When using our Website, we process Website Usage Data to allow you to surf the Site and to ensure its functionality. When using our Products or Software, we process Product Usage Data so that we can verify the authorized use of our products and services.
We only collect customer identifiers, the types of products or services concerned and the associated authorizations, which have been granted by Imagem Technology to the customer at the time of purchase of the products or services. At this stage, no personal data is collected, only allocation data between the types of products used and their validity of use.


3. How long do we keep your personal data?

We process and store your Personal Data as long as necessary for the fulfillment of our contractual or legal obligations. Thus, we store the data as long as our contractual relationship with you as our customer obliges us to do so and for the duration of your account with us. If you delete your account or request us to do so, all your Personal Data will be deleted, unless its further processing is necessary for the preservation of evidence or the prevention of legal claims from becoming time-barred.


4. What are your rights under applicable laws?

In accordance with the regulations in force, you have the right to access and rectify your Data, as well as the right to request its deletion, to oppose its processing and to obtain its limitation or portability insofar as applicable.
You may also object to the use of your Data for the purpose of drawing up your customer profile; in this case you will no longer be able to benefit from personalized offers or services.
These rights may be exercised directly with Imagem Technology by email at privacy@imagem-technology.com. Proof of identity or certain references to enable us to identify you before rectifying may be requested.


5. Collecting Information from Children

Imagem Technology’s site and products are not intended for use by children under the age of 18 and we do not intentionally collect any information from users under the age of 18. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that their child has provided Imagem Technology with Personal Data or that we have otherwise inadvertently collected this information, contact us at privacy@imagem-technology.com, so that we may delete the information from our servers.
