Imagem proposes a simple business model composed by :

• A Generic Development Kit:

Through a coherent package, the ATHLET^® DevKit allows customer configuring IP by its own with no limitation.

With a single ATHLET^® DevKit, customer can manage its project diversity and its own Video&Graphics platform strategy.

 

Without any production engagement with Imagem Technology, customer can:

• freely experience the ATHLET^® concepts
• communicate/build internal demonstrators
• satisfy project proof of concept
• develop a project with the final/targeted IP

• Production Fees:

Imagem Technology business model avoids technological risks by allowing customer doing its development directly on the final IP. After engagement between customer and Imagem Technology, IP protection is removed from DevKit IP. Then, production IP is the same than DevKit IP (no software update, hardware authorizations update).

IP royalties are features/volumes dependent.
